Virgo Communications wins 9 ADDY awards!

We at Virgo Communications are not big on tooting our own horn (plus that sounds uncomfortable) preferring to focus on our excellent clients or our individual talented team members.

But, we must share that we were awarded a Gold with a Judges’ Choice award out of nine Addys! Seriously, this is no joke — there’s proof on the Internet!

We have won many awards over our 14 years of existence but this year’s crop included a wide array, most notably the recognition by way of the Judges’ Choice for the Gold received for “Tridents All the Way” song for the Barbados Tridents. In addition, we won Gold awards for a pop-up event for Heineken, a digital campaign for Wibisco, and a photograph of Olympian Shane DeFreitas for Rock Hard Cement. We were awarded Five Silvers including one for a photo of Neil Armstrong for a regional RUBIS Ultratec testimonial campaign and an online branded content piece for the luxury property Renaissance at Shorelands.

Our Account & Creative Director Emma Saba said this win is validation for our work “This almost makes all those sleepless nights worth it! No, but seriously it is because of our clients’ trust we are able to create this calibre of work. It is also because we have nurtured great working relationships with talented partners such as Stuart Hall, Shoestring Studios and Jaryd Niles-Morris.”
