Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute engaging social media content (written, photo, and video) for various platforms.
Capture live content at client events and behind-the-scenes moments.
Maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms.
Collaborate with the team to plan and manage content calendars.
Monitor social media trends, audience insights, and industry updates.
Engage with online communities and respond to messages.
Analyse performance metrics and provide insights to optimise engagement.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience managing social media for brands, businesses, or agencies.
Strong content creation skills, including photography, videography, and editing.
Excellent copywriting and communication abilities.
Proficiency with tools like Later, Sprout, and Meta Business Suite.
Ability to analyse data and adjust content strategies for maximum impact.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and branding.
Experience with Canva is essential; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Working Environment:
This role requires in-person collaboration at our Barbados office and on-site content creation at client locations.
